The first D’Fest takes place on Sunday June 27th and the inaugural edition has an all star lineup of international superstars.  Many of Detroit’s most in-demand performers will be on hand including Anthony “Shake” Shakir, DJ Minx, Norm Talley and DJ Seoul to name a few.  Sponsored by Spectacles (HYPERLINK= http://drupal.spectaclesdetroit.com/?q=product) and doDetroit (HYPERLINK= http://www.dodetroit.com) this festival series will extend throughout the year and is expected to occur every 6 weeks, always on a Sunday.  The chosen day of Sunday was purposely selected so Detroit promoters can have time to take a break from their own busy worlds and unify together in the music we lovingly refer to as our House Music church.
